Goals

• Run a sub 3 hour marathon by the end of 2008
• Compete in Iron Man Triathalons later in life
• Run my first ultramarathon before I turn 25
• Write and publish a book on raw food athletics
• Achieve and hold a standing head to knee pose for a full minute
